Beer festivals, Kitchen takeovers, farmers markets and more. We are a fully functioning, self contained unit with appropriate liability insurance, Hygiene rating level four, risk assessed, gas tested and food hygiene qualified. Currently trading from our rustic bar set up under 2.5m sq gazebo.

As always all our sides are home-made using locally sourced produce.
Delicious crispy stuffed pork belly.
A variety of stuffings including chorizo, cider and sage stuffing, mozzarella and semi-dried tomato. Festive stuffing coming this christmas.
Served in a toasted brioche with crisp salad, home-made apple sauce, caramelised onions and rustic slaw.
Classic pulled pork
A greedy pig staple. Marinaded, slow cooked and pulled pork served traditionally with apple sauce and stuffing or our specially made BBQ sauce (created by chilli of the valley) served with home-made slaw
Locally sourced, hand crafted burgers flame grilled and served with classic toppings. crisp salad, caramelised onions, burger cheese and of course BBQ pulled pork.
